The source of Factory Refurbished B-Stock product is retail returns to the manufacturers from their various retail partners. According to an Accenture study, only 5% of returns are related to an actual product defect! This means that when you buy Factory Refurbished 'B-Stock', you are very likely buying a product that has had no usage or issues, but comes with considerable savings anyways!

What do they look like?

All units are cosmetically 'like-new'. Very minor signs of wear (minor scratches) may be present, although most units show little or no signs of any usage. We DO NOT sell products that are cosmetically damaged (cracked displays, broken knobs, heavy scratches, or physically abused).
