The guitar is in excellent condition (no fret sprout, action not too high at 12th fret, no fret buzz, neck is straight, transacoustic system works, finish is like new, no messy gluing when looking in soundhole, nut is cut correctly, no dings on body; tuners are of good quality). In fact, it looks/feels brand new. The only thing I had to do was give the fretboard a polish & change the strings... oh, & sounds great with D'Addario Pro Arté Dynacore Titanium nylon hard strings!

The digital piano shipped out quickly and is functioning perfectly. It appears the model was a demo model hence its refurbished status, only cosmetic issue was a tiny chip on the wood that is hardly noticeable. Had I bought this piano new somewhere else it would have cost around $800 more so I am very happy with the purchase.
